Sadly, you live in an era where many
people lack integrity. Those days have gone in the main, the minority excepted.
It use to be that the 'Horse Dealer' was
the known crook in the sale of Horses. Dodgy deals were the bread and butter of
these people and still are with many of course but I have to warn you that those
at the top of the Industry now represent a similar or even more serious threat.
None are immune.
Equestrian Australia does not control it's
Members and appear completely disinterested that those at the top of the
Equestrian Sports are causing many at the bottom to leave the Industry, thus
weakening it's foundations.
NCAS, EFA Coaches (Level one, two and
three), Dressage Judges and Officials, Coach Assessors, Olympians, Major Studs,
Vets and others, are just as likely to rip you off but than the common
Horse Dealer. Just for more money.
So in essence, believe no-one when you buy
A HORSE. EVERY SCAM, EVERY TRICK
